Anyway the point of all of that was, I now love Utah. I love visiting Utah. And I actually rather enjoyed the 6+ years that I lived there. And as most everyone knows I love my alma mater the University of Utah! So our summer vacation this year was perfect. 10 days in Utah. The weather was beautiful and we managed to miss the 118 degree day here in Phoenix.
Souvenirs
Want to know what I don't love? Trying to put pictures in order on blogger! It's such a joke. So I give up. I'm just throwing them up there and it will be a fun little travel log that is in no particular order.
Dinosaur Museum at Thanksgiving Point
Cutie-Pa-tootie
Fireworks on the 4th with good friends
(not to mention Utah is one of those crazy states that lets you light off any type of firework you want, madness, pure madness but lots of fun too)

Legacy Pool in Lehi with my cousin Sarah and her cute little family. That's her son Jake, under Luc, I'm not sure how much fun he had but he was a good sport. I am still trying to figure out why we don't have pools like this in AZ. Indoor/outdoor with slides and water features and toddler area and lazy river... seems like something we should definitely have here. It was a ton of fun.

Soccer with the Skyline Crew. Dads vs. Kids. Seth has a group of 4-5 friends from high school that we always get together with when we're in town. We actually got to hang out 3 times this trip and it was so much fun. They are part of the reason I would consider living up there.
This was completely spontaneous. Too cute.

We stayed with the Jensens and other than a couple of bossy gusses that had a hard time getting along (Kimball and Aaron) it was perfect. We love having a place to stay where we feel right at home. I'm not sure how much the Jensens love that we feel right at home but oh well!

Check out Seth rubbing it in McKay's face that he scored a goal... I think McKay was the oldest one on their team.
